| The staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated fully on what might be done and contacted me before they did do anything extra which is greatly appreciated. My vehicle was finished in the time frame given. |

| I thought I needed a wheel alignment. Burnette service person told me that it was only out of spec by a small amount. I appreciated the communication. I had them go ahead with the service, but appreciated the information. Service done quickly. |

| Burnett's was amazing! I went in with the symptom of my car chiming until it died, and they diagnosed it quickly as my BCM having corroded. They communicated with me really well and took my battery out for me to get it tested but we found nothing wrong with it and they didn't even charge me for that labor! I will definitely be returning, even for smaller things like oil changes & tire rotations since they did so well with a HUGE job! |

They help arrange appointments, took my car in with no issues, even discussed with me fine details of what they found and asked my input on whether to continue with the job. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs wheel alignments. |
