| Excellent and quick service every time I need an alignment check. This last time was no exception, as they went above and beyond by warning me about a wheel bearing that was working its way loose...something I would not have thought of checking on my own, as I did not think it would happen. |

| I had a wonderful experience with Burnett. Everyone is very polite and efficient, I was given a ride to work, and not treated like I didn't understand anything. I had some work done and was concerned that a mistake had been made and they were completely fine with having me bring my vehicle back to double check what was done. Very happy with the work and service that was done, would recommend. |

| Burnett is the only place in Manhattan I take my car. They do excellent work every time, and their prices are seriously the best. Other shops charge so much more or have not properly diagnosed an issue with my car. My #1 favorite thing about Burnett is that they've told me not to repair or replace things because it doesn't need to. I don't know a lot about cars, so if you tell me something doesn't work, then I'll repair it instantly. That also means I never really know when I need to repair or replace things. However, they keep it real and make sure you don't waste your money. |

| I love coming here because I never feel like I'm being swindled, everyone is polite, quick to answer questions, and ready to dumb something down for me. I also love that I am given an honest quote with the full numbers. More than once they have quoted me something at a higher price and then able to save me a few dollars here and there.
